He is professionally affiliated with Mid-Shore Board of Realtors and has served on the Mid-Shore Board of Directors. He is an Accredited Buyer Broker and provides exceptional buyer representation!


Bill's real estate achievements include the development of Thread Haven, a prestigious 56-lot subdivision; the Easton Business Center, a 22-unit commercial subdivision; Country Club Estate, a 14-lot subdivision; managing and maintaining 100% occupancy for the largest Easton office complex for a 12-year period; and developing a full-service property management firm. He has consistently ranked in the highest annual real estate sales in Talbot County, and has received multiple awards for being a top producer in the Mid-Atlantic area.


Bill, and his wife of over 50 years, Rebecca raised their children in Talbot County and are very involved within the community. Bill has been active in many organizations including the Easton Elks, St. Mark's United Methodist Church, Master Gardening Program, Hog Neck Men's Golf Association, along with many others. He is an active golfer, boater and fisherman, and avid collector of decoys and folk art. Bill is knowledgeable, experienced and has always enjoyed having the opportunity to introduce people to the land of pleasant living.
